Qi Zeng is a highly experienced immigration and business law expert licensed to practice in both China and the United States. With a solid academic foundation in international law and years of hands-on legal practice, she delivers precise, efficient legal solutions to clients around the globe. Fully bilingual in English and Chinese, Qi specializes in handling complex, high-level U.S. immigration matters, particularly in the areas of investment immigration, extraordinary ability petitions, and multinational executive transfers.

Qi currently serves as a Partner at Newland Law Firm in New York, where she focuses on employment- and business-based immigration, including EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2/EB-3 (Employment-Based Green Cards), EB-5 (Investment Immigration), L-1A (Multinational Executives), and H-1B (Specialty Occupations), among others. Known for her sharp legal reasoning and exceptional writing skills, Qi crafts high-quality legal submissions such as petitions, motions, appeals, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), motions to reopen or reconsider, and legal briefs. Qi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law from Fordham University School of Law in New York, a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Changchun University of Science and Technology. She is licensed to practice in New York and China, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
